Kitchen or laundry trouble in your Aliso Viejo home? Describe the appliance, its installation and what changed. We help you understand the fault before committing to a repair.
A dishwasher under a counter, a stacked laundry pair and a cabinet-depth refrigerator need different access arrangements. Profe Fix plans residential appliance service around the machine and the space it occupies. Share a model photo and tell us whether the appliance sits in a closet, behind a panel or upstairs.
For an Aliso Viejo townhome or condominium, the appointment also depends on entry and parking. Include a unit number, visitor parking instructions and the name of the person providing access. We confirm the service request rather than assuming every model or building has the same requirements.
At the visit, diagnosis comes first. We explain the likely repair, relevant parts and proposed price so you can weigh the option. No cabinet removal or heavy appliance moving is needed from you before booking.
Choose the appliance that is interrupting your routine. Model details and the stage at which operation changes help focus the diagnostic visit.
Tell us whether fresh food, frozen food or both have warmed. Repeated frost or door alarms also help describe a refrigerator problem.
View refrigerator serviceFor a dishwasher that stops early, include the selected program and whether water remains inside when the cycle ends.
View dishwasher serviceA stacked washer needs its own model details. Note whether the interruption occurs during filling, washing, draining or final spin.
View washer serviceDescribe heat and drum movement separately. A dryer running without drying effectively needs a different assessment from one that will not start.
View dryer serviceShare whether your oven is a wall unit or part of a range, and which cooking mode produces inconsistent results.

Describe your symptoms
A slow preheat and uneven baking do not automatically mean the same fault. Assessment depends on the oven type and mode. We explain the findings and price before replacing a part.

The diagnostic visit is $95. That fee is waived when we complete the repair. After identifying the problem, we explain the recommended work and proposed repair price. You approve the price before work begins; a symptom description alone is not a final repair quote.
Include the community name, unit number and visitor entry instructions. We confirm access with you before the appointment. Do not post a gate code publicly; provide it through the service request process.
Do not separate or move heavy units yourself. Send photos of the installation and both model labels when accessible. We review the setup and discuss any access requirements before arranging work.
Keep a record of the cycle, time and displayed code. A clear photo or short recording can help explain what happens without repeatedly running a faulty appliance just to reproduce it.
Tell us who will provide access and who is authorized to approve the work. For rented property, settle authorization with the owner or manager before booking so the visit can proceed smoothly.
Eligible repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Keep your service details and contact us if the repaired issue returns. We review the original work and applicable coverage before arranging follow-up; an unrelated fault may require a separate diagnosis.
Tell us which appliance needs attention, what changed and your ZIP code. We will follow up about your model and scheduling options.
