How the request form works
The website form submits your request to a server and saves it in a database for the business owner to review. A confirmation means the request has been saved; it does not confirm an appointment or SMS delivery. When activated, Twilio sends an internal notification to the business owner containing your request details. Website customers are not enrolled in SMS messaging by submitting this form. If the form is unavailable, you may call us or choose the email fallback; your email provider then handles delivery.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, confirm service availability, arrange appointments, provide repair service and communicate about the work. Information may also be needed for business records, security, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
